All my items are designed to fit the average newborn baby (within the first two weeks after birth). The average head circumference is 35cm, although most items can stretch. I am able to make larger items on request.
Due to the nature of our wools and yarns, it is not recommended to wash these items in a machine. Simply hand wash the item in cold water, preferably using a baby detergent, absorb excess water with a towel, and air dry on a flat surface.
Anya’s Closet is an online store, so all you have to do is send me an email with the product codes and colours you would like to order. I also accept custom requests. I will then send you an invoice for payment.
Once I have received your payment, your order will be made up. I make each set to order, so please allow 7 working days for completion. Large orders might take a little longer.
I only accept EFT or bank transfers. Banking details are supplied on the invoice.
Orders are shipped via Fastway Couriers. Shipping is R85 to most major cities and hubs. Additional shipping fees may apply for non-regional areas.
While every care is taken to ensure that your order leaves my premises in perfect condition, it may happen from time to time that you are not completely happy with your purchase. Since colours may vary from computer screen to actual product, I can not accept returns based on colour differences. If your item is damaged, please contact me for return instructions. The item must be returned in its original packaging, within 24 hours of receipt.
Since items are made to order, no cancellations can be accepted.
